HLC Women Social Welfare & Rural Development Foundation is a non-governmental organization committed to uplifting the economically weaker sections of society through sustainable development initiatives. Established on 9th February 2022 by a team of like-minded individuals, the foundation was built on the vision of eradicating poverty and creating opportunities that empower people to lead self-reliant lives.
We believe that community development is the backbone of national progress. Urbanization has shifted socio-economic structures, often leaving behind rural populations. Recognizing this, we work to strengthen rural communities, promote employment across various sectors, and address the interconnected aspects of economic and social well-being.
Our efforts span across awareness programs, health initiatives, women empowerment activities, vocational training, and community development projects. Each initiative is designed to bridge gaps, uplift lives, and bring lasting transformation to the communities we serve.
